This notice describes how I handle personal data submitted through the contact form, under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into the service), and where necessary, the consent of the data subject.

- Phone number (optional)
- Message content and any preferences you provided (topic, meeting format, timing)
5. Retention period
Data provided when making contact is kept only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the inquiry. If no professional engagement begins, the data is deleted within a reasonable time. If an engagement begins, processing is governed by the applicable professional and legal requirements.
6. Recipients
For technical reasons, data may also be stored in the systems of the website's hosting provider.
7. Your rights
- Access — request information about what data is processed
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion
- Restriction — request limitation of processing
- Objection — object to processing
- Withdrawal — withdraw consent at any time, without reason
